September Apple Picking Field Trip

Join us as we head to Crosscut Farm and Orchard! Nestled in the beautiful mountain town of Julian, California! This is the sixth season for U-Pick at Crosscut Farm and Orchard.  They are truly a mom-and-pop operation! 1209 Farmer Road, Julian, CA 92036

I have paid for 50 entry  TICKETS to reserve enough space for our POD & Farm Camp Friends & Families. Total per ticket comes out to $5.30 per person + a small fee at checkout. 

Our time slot is 1PM - 3PM for Apple Picking. 

(If Agape Adventures Academy Families do not fill all 50 spots we will plan to open up this event to other local homeschooling communities to meet our 50 person minimum.) 

Kids 3 and under are free to accompany a paying adult

Fee includes: 

-apple cider pressing demonstration - short introduction to apple farming

-property access   

-parking

-$5 off admission price at Fort Cross and Julian Mining Company in Wynola

Extra COST at event:

$20 a bag or basket. One bag holds approximately 7lbs a decorative wicker basket holds approximately 5lbs

FOLLOWING apple picking we plan to head to Julian Hard Cidar for play, dinner & fun, this is optional to join! 3:30pm - 8pm.

Located 4 miles west of Main St., Julian Hard Cider’s Tasting Room is located in a former apple packing facility now named Julian Station. We are dog and family-friendly and have indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking. Julian Station has multiple one-of-a-kind shops, rotating food trucks, and a craft beer bar called The Cooler so there is something for everyone to enjoy their day.
